Photographer Catherine Rondeau manipulates her images\u00a0in order to compose dreamlike tableaus that intertwine truth and falsehood. The adventure begins with two little girls playing with their fears and their desires. Then everything goes topsy-turvy when vulnerabilities and willpower collide during adolescence. \u00a0Filled with poetic and expressive candour, the whimsical trompe l’\u0153ils are an invitation to dive into the disquieting strangeness that characterize the often confusing path to womanhood.<\/p>\n Catherine Rondeau\u00a0holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University and a Master of Communication from the Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al.
